WE’RE GUIDED BY NATURE  and grounded in the belief that how you make something is every bit as important as what you make.
That’s why we use pre-Prohibition methods to handcraft our Revivalist Garden Gin and Resurgent Botanical Whiskeys.  That’s why we’re inspired by the ethnobotanical traditions practiced by cultures for millennia of using plants for medicinal, spiritual, and culinary purposes.

Beyond the bar, we cultivate our craft with innovative farm-to-table cuisine, sustainable farming,  beekeeping, wellness retreats, and other activities at the Botanery Barn and wherever our spirit takes us.
