Sauvage Distillery is based in the hamlet of Charlotteville, New York, we’re creating apple based vodka that adds a unique spark to any occasion and reminds us why we love New York. Everything that goes into our products is wild from nature out of the ground from local farms and then into the bottle at the Sauvage Distillery.
