Steric Systems is a Culver City, California based company that developed the 2023 DISCUS Innovation Award winning Steric Process that uses electromagnetic energy to modify specific chemical compounds in both aged and unaged spirits to elevate their taste, aroma and mouthfeel. The system’s fully adjustable processing levels allow it to be tailored to each individual spirit and targeted use – be it rescuing flawed spirits, polishing premium spirits, or creating multiple flavor profiles from the same in-house distilled spirit for use in different SKU’s or in blending. The nearly instantaneous process fits into any phase of production. Nothing is removed or added and there is no waste stream or consumables. Alcohol proof and color are unchanged and the Steric Process doesn't change a spirit's age, type, or class.
