PURE the Winery

PURE the Winery is a portfolio of wines, produced in Italy, that are Zero Sugar, Zero Carbs, with up to 50% less calories, and lower alcohol. There is a growing movement of consumers, young and old, who are seeking better lifestyle choices in their alcohol consumption. The challenge is producing a lower alcohol, zero sugar, no carb wine that actually tastes like a full-bodied wine which has been a challenge to especially no alcohol wines. By combining innovative & traditional fermentation techniques, we found a way to naturally convert all sugars into alcohol.

PURE the Winery began in 2019 with a vision to bring something different to the market- not a me-too wine, but one that actually met a growing need of consumers. Though small in size, the BETTER for YOU segment is growing double digits against the wine category overall which is stagnant.
